WHAT YOU DO IS MORE IMPRESSIVE THAN WHAT YOU MIGHT SAY...
UPSIDEDOWN  APPLE PECAN PIE

GLAZE: #1
1/4 cup brown sugar    1 tblsp  butter
1 tblsp golden syrup   1/2 cup pecan halves
                     
Pie crust

FILLING: #2
2/3 cup  white sugar   3 tblsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon         5 cups apples(peeled & sliced)

METHOD:
Combine #1 and melt in a 9"pie plate and arrange pecans over glaze.
Prepare pastry and place over nuts in bottom of pan gently pressing in to the nuts. Combine all of the filling ingredients toss in apples to coat .
Add on top of pastry in plate.

Add pastry on top of all and bake @ 425f for 10 mins325f for25-35 mins.Let stand  5 mins  and invert.
ZUCCINNI PIE

Ingredients:
3 cups zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 cup Bisquick

Preparation:

Mix all together well and pour into a lightly greased deep pie dish.
Cook at 350 degrees for an hour or until the top is brown.
Use a cake tester to make sure that it is cooked all the way through.
