SCOTCH EGGS

2lbs. sausage (sage)
1 doz. hard boiled
beaten eggs (3)
fine bread crumbs (italian tastes best)
PREP:
mold sausage around hard boiled eggs coat with beaten egg, cover good with bread crumbs
bake @375 45-55 minutes.
