| CRAKER JACKS MIX: 2 quarts salted popcorn 1 cup peanuts MIX: 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/3 cup butter 2 2/3 tsp vinigar 1/3 cup water Prep: Cook until ambercoloured and all sugar is melted. Mix in with the popcorn . Pan ,Cool,Crack!!! |
| PEANUT BRITTLE 3 cups sugar 2 cups unsalted peanuts 1/2 tsp salt 2 tblsp. butter Prep: Combine sugar and salt. Heat over high heat til sugar lumps stirring constantly. Lower heatand continue cooking and stir until sugar is completely melted. Stir in nuts and butter. Immediatly pour and spread on a greased pan. Cool and crack! |
