Employees
They are able to communicate and respond to all different types/kinds of people/races.
They can kick people out if they are a threat or disturbance to others.
Allow people to be able to control themselves and have understanding when the pressure hits.
Gives them a good atmosphere, so they can survive in the real world.
Customers
Gives them the opportunity to have fun the way they want but also have people look out for their best interest.
They do not have to come to my Club.
They can dance with whomever they wish and dance any way they wish.
Allows them to have a place to be and to diverse themselves with people who are different from them.
