HOW I SPEND MY TIME INSTRUCTIONS
  • Open up Microsoft Excel
  • In column A type in things you do with your time. You can have less than ten.
  • FOR EXAMPLE:
    1. School
    2. Sleep
    3. Eat
    4. Read
    5. TV
    6. Homework
    7. In the next column You are going to put how much time you spend in each activity, up to 24 hours. Do not go over 24 hours.
    8. After you are done you to go the bottom of the last cell and in caps type in TOTAL.
    9. Highlight everythng And click on the summation key.
    10. Highlight everything but the TOTAL and look in the tool bar and click on the graph.
    11. Click on the pie graph and click on finsh.
    12. Title the chart"How I Spend My Time"
    13. Go to view cutom header footer
    14. In the right box enter your name,subject,and period also include the date
    15. In the center enter the title "How I Spend My Time"
