| I am originally from Illinois
and have
been a DoDDS teacher since 1987. My first assignment was Berlin,
Germany as a Learning Impaired teacher. After two years in Berlin, I
moved
to Iwakuni, Japan and spent two years there. Another transfer found me
in Lajes Field, Azores where I taught fourth grade. After two
years
in the Azores, I moved to Ramstein in 1993. At Ramstein I taught
grade four for two years, elementary computer education for five years,
and am presently a 5th grade teacher. I received my bachelor's degree
in
Special Education from Southern Illinois University and my Master's
degree
in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis
University.
I love interacting with the
students and the rewards that teaching brings. |
