Caramel Corn
Place popcorn in large paper bag. In a medium saucepan,bring brown sugar, margarine,corn syrup and salt to a boil.Boil for 2 minutes,stirring constantly.Remove from heat. Add baking soda to mixture. Carefully pour mixture over popcorn in bag and shake.Microwave popcorn in bag  on HIGH  for 1-1/2minutes.Shake well. Turn carmel corn onto foil or wax paper: cool completely. Break clustered popcorn apart. Pack in airtight container.
4 qts.......freshly popped popped corn
1 cup........brown sugar.
1/2 cup ....margarine
1/4 cup.....lightcorn syrup
1/4 tsp....salt
1/4 tsp.....baking soda
