This page is
dedicated in loving memory to one of my best friends Theresa
Pierrynowski.
Theresa was an amazing person that I feel honored to have known even for just a
part of her short life. Theresa and I met back in grade 6. It was both our first year in the
french immersion program, so we made friends pretty quickly. Even back then, Theresa
had an AMAZING amount of energy! That is one of the things I will remember about her
most. She was absolutely CRAZY sometimes, but in a good way of course! :) Another
wonderful thing about Theresa is that she was always honest, and told people EXACTLY
what was on her mind. You could always count on her to tell you the truth about things,
even if it wasn't always EXACTLY what you wanted to hear. When she was alive,
Theresa had many intrests. She loved cats, especially her cat Merlin, and like the rest of
our group of friends, she also loved music. She played piano, guitar, and flute, and also
loved singing. Tragically and suddenly, Theresa died on May 17th, 1998 in a kayaking
accident along with Carrie Evans, but during her life she was loved by many, and will be
remembered by all.
