Sussex will hold a memorial match for Umer Rashid on September 13th. The match will be a floodlit 20 over competition between a Sussex XI and an Angus Fraser invitation XI, at Hove. The event has been planned as a tribute for Umer and his brother Burhan Rashid who died in an accident during a pre-season tour this year. Entrance to the game will be through purchase of a memorial programme, which will be available on the gate. They can also be purchased now from the Sussex club shop for �5.
