A kindred spirit

When I was in Barcelona I was almost 20 and was dating Ed, who was in his late 30s. My previous boyfriend had been also in his late 30s – definitely had a taste for older men. This is why I was so thrilled to find someone else, near my own age, who also preferred "older" partners. So you can understand why I was laughing when Guillem told me that to him "older" meant just a couple of years.
