A joke

Actually, this is just one of many jokes that Ferran told me. I wish that I’d been sensible enough to write them all down. Ferran was always joking, and everything was made funnier (even if the punch line was lost in the translation) by the way he had to keep asking people to translate certain "lines" for him. I would sit there and laugh and laugh while he was still trying to figure out how to deliver the meat of the joke. He did tell me some wonderful limericks – unfortunately, they were in Catalan, so I couldn’t understand them, and they didn’t make sense when translated in to English, but that didn’t seem to matter.
