Every game works with five cards in the end.
Get there via:
Draw poker: 5 cards dealt (exchange 1 to 3 cards � 4 on an ace)
Stud poker: some cards down, some up � e.g. 7 cards stud: 2 down, 4 up, 1 down.
Rule of thumb: betting occurs each time new cards are dealt.
