JOHN F. BOYNTON
DIED: Syracuse, NY
A brilliant inventor, having a U.S. patent on thirty-six inventions, he was excommunicated in Kirtland. He moved to New York and began a serious investigation into his own personal geneology, eventually having thousands of names. He then submitted all of them to the Church, to the Logan Utah Temple. The work was done, and for three days citizens of Logan reported the temple on (a spiritual) fire and choirs singing from within.
He eventually moved to Utah and reassociated himself with his brothren.
