~*~ "Hi, it's me ... what's up baby?  I'm sorry, listen, I'm gonna be late so don't stay up and wait for me, ok?"
"Where are you"
"Say that again ... you're really dropping out ... I think my battery must be low ... listen, if you can hear me, we're going to a place nearby alright ... gotta go!" ~*~

I walked around the club, feeling the leather against every muscle in my legs.  I sipped my drink and watched the crowd.  Too many fine men and too many beautiful women.  No, I wasnt gay or bi, I just gave props to women when they looked good cause God truly knows it takes forever for a woman to look good.  I made my way back up to the bar and placed my drink on the counter.
Another one please.
Whatcha havin?
Sex on the Beach.
Put it on my tab, a voice rasped out.  I smiled and felt the guys hand on my waist.  You know darlin, you hardly leave anything to a guys imagination.  I smirked and looked down at what I was wearing.  A black halter top that showed my stomach and low-waist-showing black leather pants.
I think it leaves plenty.
Sure.  Youre not wearing anything underneath those clothes and youre straining against that top.
Im glad you noticed, I said, sipping my drink.
Trust me, I did, enough to take care of my problem.

~*~  Let me tell you the story 'bout the call that changed my destiny/ Me and my boys went out just to end up in misery/ Was about to go home when there she was standing in front of me/ I said hi, I got a little place nearby, wanna go/ I should've said no, someone's waiting for me/ But I called my girl up and said ~*~

Im AJ, by the way.
Rachel, I said, turning around on the stool to look at him.  His hands ran through my now red hair, he brushed across my eyebrow ring, down my nose and touched the stud there.
What else do you have?
My ears, my tongue, my belly button, one nipple and a couple tattoos.
Damn, youre worse than I am.
Not really.  I took another sip and motioned for him to sit down.
Actually, I have a better idea.  He put my drink down, grabbed my hand and led me onto the dance floor.  His arms wrapped themselves around my waist and pulled me tight against his body.

~*~ Listen baby I'm sorry/ Just wanna tell you don't worry/ I will be late, don't stay up and wait for me/ Say again ... you're dropping out ... my battery is low/ Just so you know, we're going to a place nearby/ Gotta go! ~*~

Hey AJ, whos this lovely woman? Brian asked, a little on the tipsy side.
Brian, this is Rachel, Rachel, Brian.  I shook his hand and smirked.
Hey J, where is your girl?
Shes not here.  She left, so I found someone to chill with.
Great.  Why not bring her by and we can show her how we party?  AJ just smiled and I glanced at both of them.
Ill catch you later Bri, right now, Im getting my groove on.  AJ once again pulled me close.  I wrapped my arms around his neck, burying my head there and totally inhaling his scent.  Poor girlfriend.  Im only going to show him the best time hes ever had, I thought to myself, letting my nails go up and down on his back.

~*~ Now two years gone, nothing gets won/ I can't take it back, what's done is done/ One of her friends found out that she wasn't my only one/ And it eats me from inside that she's not by my side/ Just because I made that call and lied ~*~

2 weeks later, I sat down at the table, and laughed.  I had been seeing AJ McLean for the last six months, always looking different every time the whole group was together.  They never realized it was the same girl they were meeting.  Every club, every party, it was me.  Howie was the only one to start questioning me, but only cause he was AJs best friend.  But, he wasnt all to certain either.
Hey baby, AJ said.  I got up and kissed him.
Hey.  Are they coming?
Yes.  AJ sat down and pulled me on his lap.  I watched as each boy walked into the room and looked me over.  I was in red leather pants and a black top, yet again showing all my piercings and tattoos, except my eyes were brown, their natural color and my hair was black, and yet again, natural.

~*~ Listen baby I'm sorry/ Just wanna tell you don't worry/ I will be late, don't stay up and wait for me/ Say again ... you're dropping out ... my battery is low/ Just so you know, we're going to a place nearby/ Gotta go! ~*~

Thats Terry, Nick said.
No way, thats Resa, Kevin exclaimed.
Forget it!  Thats Rachel, Brian said, a bit confused.
My guess, its Theresa Rachel.  The one hes been seeing her for the last six months Howie said.  I could only laugh.
Im sorry to fool you guys.  AJ and I were just keeping our lives different, interesting if you will.  They gave me blank looks.  Our sex lives interesting.  Kinda meeting someone new, almost having that thrill of a one night stand and cheating.
You were the only who changed, Brian said
I had too.  AJ changed as much as he could, but you had to know it was him.  Sides, theres things you dont want to know!

Youbut all the times you were out, and AJ called? Nick asked.
Called our machine.  He wasnt cheating.  I laughed at their expressions.  Next time, just listen to the call.
