�Well, maybe you should let him show you. I know your going to freak. Hey, does anyone want anything to drink?� I asked as I got up. The guys said yes and I asked for Shannon�s help.
�Why?� she asked.
�Just please come and help me,� I said. I winked are her and she knew what I meant. As we walked into the kitchen, I pulled the sodas out. �So, what did you and Howie do today?� I asked as I opened my drink and took a sip.
�Oh, went to the mall, got out ears pierced, went to go eat.�
�Oh, anything else happen?� She went on to explain what she got from the waitress. I couldn�t help but laugh. �Man, that�s sorta what happened with AJ and me.�
�So, if you don�t mind my asking, what did happen?� I told her everything, like how he treated me like I was his girl.
�Oh, wow, how fun,� she said with a laugh. She gave me a little hug to let me know it was okay, but I cringed when she touched me. �Oh, I�m sorry.�
�Don�t worry. It�s still a little sore. I hope your not mad about how Alex acted,� I said.
�Oh, hell no. He was just protecting you. And I�m glad he did. I don�t want any of those guys to try anything.�
�Thanks. Your such a good friend.�
�Hey, where�s our drinks? By the time you bring them out, I�ll be 25,� Nick called out, laughing.
�Coming,� Shannon yelled, grabbing some sodas and leaving. I was sitting down on the couch when a knock was at the door. I went to go answer it and found AJ and Howie outside.
�Are you guys ready?� I asked.
�Yeah, come on,� they said. I grabbed the towels and we all went to the beach. It was so much fun watching the boys jump into the water. I pulled the shirt off and Howie came up at the same time. He just stopped and looked at me. I sat down and started to put sun tan lotion on when I felt someone�s hands on my back.
�You know, I�m not sure I like you wearing that around the guys,� Howie whispered in my ear.
�Oh, and why is that?� I asked. He put his arms around me and I leaned back.
�Someone could try to take you,� Howie said, kissing my neck.
�Mmm, I don�t think you have to worry about that one,� I said, a smile coming up to my lips. All of a sudden Howie stopped kissing me. �What?� I asked.
�That is so cool. Does it say �BSB� inside of a crescent moon with stars around it?�
�Um, yeah. See, that�s my friendship symbol with my three best friends. Ladd, David, and Shannon. Shannon, of course, BSB. With Ladd and David, it�s a show called Sailor Moon.�
�Oh, that�s cool. I like it.� Howie bent down and softly pressed his lips against my bare shoulder. My bikini top was strapless, so he didn�t have anything to pull away.
�Come on guys. Stop that and come into the water,� Nick called out. Brian just looked at Nick. He was surprised that Nick had said anything like that, but, then again, he knew that Nick was hurting. You could hear it in his voice and see it in his eyes.
�Come on Theresa,� Howie said. He offered his hand and lifted me up. �Okay Nicky. You asking for it,� Howie said as he started to splash Nick.
�Hey Nick. Don�t splash me,� Kevin called out, splashing Nick right back. This caused a splash fight between everyone except for AJ and Shannon.

�Come on AJ. Let�s get away from these people,� Shannon whispered into AJ�s ear as she grabbed his hand.
�Okay. Where would you like to go?� AJ asked.
�Let�s just go for a walk.�
�Fine.� They started walking a little ways. Shannon had gotten cold in the water so being under the sun felt good. �What are you thinking?� AJ asked.
�Oh, just how good the sun fells. I was a little cold but now it�s much warmer.�
�Oh. Here, let me help,� he suggested. He wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her from behind. �Feeling any warmer?�
�Yeah. Thanks.�
�Trust me, it was my pleasure,� AJ said, smiling. Shannon was off watching the group. She know someone was watching them leave. She looked back to see who it was. Brian put his head down suddenly. �What�s wrong?� AJ asked.
�What? Oh, nothing. Just thinking,� Shannon answered.
�Okay. Shannon you should put some sun tan lotion on. You�re going to get burned and I don�t want that.�
�Okay.� AJ grabbed Shannon�s hand and took her to the blanket. Shannon sat down and let AJ put the lotion on. �Hey AJ. What time are we going over tonight?�
�Oh, I told my mom around 6:00 or so, is that okay?�
�Yeah. I�m just making sure. Come on, let�s go get some drinks for the guys,� Shannon said as AJ finished putting the lotion on.
�Okay.� He got up and helped Shannon up.
�Hey Shannon I have a question?� AJ asked, grabbing her hand.
�And what is that?�
�Since you and Theresa have never been to one of our concerts..�
�Hey, man, where are you guys going?� Kevin asked, interrupting what AJ was going to ask Shannon.
�To get you guys drinks. Why Kev?� AJ answered.
�We wanted to go to lunch.�
�Oh well, come on then,� Shannon said.
�Where are we going?� AJ asked as they walked over to met up with the gang.
�Some place on the boardwalk,� Nick said.
�That�s fine,� I said. We gathered up the things and I carried the bag on my left shoulder.
�Isn�t that heavy?� Brian asked, as I put my cover shirt on.
�No. Don�t worry. I can manage it,� I said, throwing him a smile.
�Okay then. I guess I�ll just have to carry you since I don�t want you to carry all that weight,� Brian said as he lifted me up.
�BRIAN THOMAS LITTRELL! Put me down!� I screamed at him.
�If you say so..�
�Wait, no. Don�t you dare,� I said cutting him off. I knew that he was going to drop me and I really didn�t want that.
�You�ll let me carry you then?� he asked.
�I suppose.� I couldn�t help but laugh as his face lit up. AJ and Shannon were walking behind all of us and talking.
