| �Baby,� AJ said. �Hmm? Shannon said. She stopped and looked into his eyes. �Let�s take this upstairs,� he said. He got up and carried her to his room. �If you want to change, I have some boxers and t-shirts in the drawer. I�ll be right back and we can finish,� he said as he laid her down on the bed. He went into his bathroom and Shannon went to get the clothes. She put the Backstreet Boys boxers on with just a white shirt. She went to lay down on the bed and as soon as she hit the pillow, she was asleep. AJ crawled into bed and watched he sleep for a little bit. He kissed her on the cheek, turned off the light and put his arm around her waist and fell asleep. We got in the car to leave and right away �I�ll Never Break Your Heart� came on. Howie just looked over at me and I started to blush. I remembered the first time we danced to his song. I also remembered a few years ago. �What are you thinking about?� Howie asked as he grabbed my hand and gave it a soft kiss. That sent goose bumps down my arms. �I�m thinking about a few years ago. I would wish that someday you would sing that song to me. I remember one night falling asleep to this song. I had a dream that you held me all night,� I said. I looked away because I had started to blush. Howie looked over at me. �That�s really sweet. I didn�t know I had that much love.� �Well, you do, at least from me.� I bent over and gave him a kiss on the cheek. �That�s for being the Sweet D that you are.� As we pulled to a stop, I kissed him on the lips. �That�s for being the Latin Lover.� He just looked at me and smiled. �Wow, you know my nicknames. I�m impressed.� �Well, don�t be. I know everyone else�s, too.� �Oh, I see.� We pulled into my driveway and he helped me out of the car. �Come on, let�s go to bed,� Howie said. We started to kiss there at the door. �Let�s go to bed now,� I said as I grabbed his hand and brought him inside. �Hey, didn�t I just say that?� Howie asked. �Yeah, but you kissed me. I�m the one who took us inside. Not that there was anything wrong with kissing,� I said as I wrapped my arms around his waist. �I�m going to go put some music on,� I said. I put on �N Sync�s CD. Howie came up behind me and put his arms around my waist. I put the CD on �Drive Myself Crazy�. �May I have this dance?� he asked. I turned around in his arms and we started dancing. I put my head on his chest and I wrapped my arms around his neck. �You know Howie, I could stay like this forever.� �But I like this way much better,� he said as he bent down and kissed me. He pulled away and lifted me up and carried my to my bedroom. He set me down on the bed and laid himself down on me. He brought his lips close to mine when a thought ran through my head. He had nothing to sleep in. �Oh, this is going to be fun,� I thought. I smiled a little and Howie just looked at me. �What are you thinking?� he asked. He moved his lips down to my neck and hit my soft spot. �Oh, just that you don�t have anything to sleep in expect your boxers,� I answered a little breathless. He pulled away and just smiled at me. �Yeah, I could do that,� he said. He bent down and kissed my neck again, this time, with passion. I started unbuttoning his shirt. I got it off only to find a tight undershirt. I finally got that off and rolled Howie onto his back. I already knew I had a hickey. �Thanks Howie, I get rid of one and you give me another,� I said with a smile. I kissed his jaw line and his beard tickled my lips. I finally brought my lips up to his. Howie ran his hands down my back and once he reached the bottom of my shirt, he pulled it off. Every warning in my head went off saying this wasn�t right. But I couldn�t stop. Howie rolled me onto my back. He kissed my neck, my bare shoulders, since I was wearing half a bra, and then made his way down my stomach. He let his hair come down and it tickled my stomach. He finally brought his lips back up to mine. He stopped kissing me and got off the bed. I just watched him go to the window and look out. I didn�t understand what happened, so I asked. �I can�t do it. You told me a few days ago that you weren�t ready. I told you that I wouldn�t try anything and now look at us.� I couldn�t believe what I just heard. He cared too much to try anything. I just stood up and walked over to him. I wrapped my arms around his waist and leaned my head against his back. �Howie?� �Yeah?� he said turning around. �I love you.� �I love you, too.� He grabbed me in a hug and kissed my forehead. I just leaned against Howie as he stroked my hair. I knew that I was about to fall asleep so I got out of his embrace and went to put my pj�s on. I slipped into bed and Howie followed. He put his arms around my waist and brought me closer. We soon fell asleep. AJ got up and looked at what time it was. God, 8:15. �Why the hell is my alarm going off so damn early,� he thought. It finally dawned on him he was supposed to pick me up. AJ went over to the phone. �Hello?� I asked. �Yo Theresa.� �AJ? Why are you calling so early?� I asked. �We�re going to go get tattoos.� �Oh, yeah. Okay.� �I�ll be over there by 9:00 so be ready.� �Okay. See you then,� I said. �Bye.� AJ hung up the phone and jumped in the shower. He got out and went over to Shannon. �My little beautiful angel,� he thought. He started to get dressed and was ready to go. He went over to give Shannon a kiss. �Bye sweetheart. Be back in a few,� he said. He kissed her on the lips once again. He quietly left the room and right when he was about to close the bedroom door Shannon called out. �Be careful baby.� AJ just smiled to himself and left. After AJ called, I got out of bed and felt Howie get up too. �Sorry. I didn�t mean to wake you,� I said as he came over and gave me a kiss. �Don�t worry. I�m really used to getting up early.� He bent down and kissed my shoulder then my shoulder blade. �Don�t worry. I�m going to be okay,� I said with a smile. I jumped in the shower. I figured I would wear a pair of jeans and a loose short shirt. By the time AJ was there, Howie went back to sleep. �Night mi corazon,� I said as I bent down to give him a kiss. |
