�Hey Theresa. You look nice, too,� AJ called when he finished kissing. �I like the heart,� AJ said, smiling.
�Thanks Alex,� I said. I turned to Howie and just stared into his eyes. �You look very nice,� I told Howie.
�Thanks. You do too.� He came in and gave me a kiss. He pulled away and walked over to Shannon. �Wow, Shannon,� he said.
�Thanks D,� she said.
�Okay, shall we go,� AJ asked.
�Oh, by the way, these are for you,� Howie said, handing me the rose.
�That�s so sweet you guys.� After we put the roses in a vase, we left. We decided that we would take our own cars.

�So, what did you and Theresa talk about?� AJ asked, grabbing Shannon�s hand.
�Oh, the girl stuff,� Shannon said, smiling. �What did you and Howie talk about?�
�Oh, just guy stuff. Like what we should do later, you know?�
�Yeah, I do,� Shannon said. �I know you talked about us. I�m sure you told Howie every detail,� she thought.
�Here we are,� AJ said, looking around for the other guys. Brian, Nick, and Kevin pulled up right next to AJ and said Howie was going to be late. They decided to meet up at Jay�s at 7:45.

�Theresa, what�s wrong?� Howie asked, putting his hand on my leg.
�Nothing Howie,� I said looking over and smiling. Well, the best smile that I could.
�Don�t give me that bullshit Theresa. You haven�t talked since we left your place. I know something�s up with you, so please tell me what it is,� Howie said, looking at me with puppy dog eyes.
�Okay. After this morning, I would like to know about Emily?� I said. I saw him cringe a little.
�Okay. Emily is a past girlfriend. She broke up with her boyfriend three months before we started going out. I thought she was over him, what a mistake I made. Anyways, we were dating for like 4 months when her ex-boyfriend said he wanted her back. She was having an affair with him. I didn�t know about till a month later. I told her we were off. Well, 2 weeks after they broke up, she tired to come back to me. I kept telling her no. That was like 2 months ago. So, it�s all a big surprise how she started all this shit again. I would have told you sooner, but seeing her kinda brought back the pair of her cheating on me. Plus, I didn�t want her to ruin the evening. And I have no clue about this morning.� I just looked at the window. I didn�t know what to say. We pulled into the parking lot and saw everybody. We parked on the left side of AJ. Howie helped me out of the car, I still had my head down. Howie tilted it up. I looked into those eyes and knew that he would never try to hurt me.
�Theresa, te amo,� he said as he brought his lips closer to mine.
�Te amo,� I said as we kissed.
�Ah, isn�t that sweet,� Brian said. Me and Howie pulled apart and all seven of us entered the mall together.
�Okay, where do we go?� Nick asked. None of us really could agree so we just decided to go to all the places together. It was 7:50 when we went to stand outside of Jay�s.
�Man, where�s Nick?� Howie asked, wrapping his arms around my waist.
�Looking at something that had to do with basketball,� answered Brian.
�Oh my God! It�s AJ McLean!,� said this one girl, running up and giving AJ a hug. The girl then saw Howie. She ran over and gave him a hug, pushing me away. Shannon came over to me. We looked at each other with a look like why-would-these-guys- have-something-that-would-attract-girls. The girls left after getting autographs from all the guys. AJ and Howie were all like �yeah, we know that you girls can�t resist us�.
�Hey Howie, AJ. These two girls, yes us, can, um, resist you,� Shannon said. We walked over to Kevin and put his arms around our waists.
�You think you TWO can resist US?� AJ and Howie said in unison.
�Oh yeah, we sure can,� Shannon and I said at the same time.
�Okay,� the boys said. They started walking over to us. AJ had a button shirt on, just like Howie. AJ�s shirt was blue while Howie�s was green. They started unbuttoning their shirts and Shannon and I both knew that it would be really hard to resist them. They stood in front of us and turned their backs on us. Shannon reached out to AJ but I just smacked her arm. The guys turned around and just looked at us. We were still in Kevin�s arms.
�You know you can resist them. They�re nothing special,� Kevin whispered into our ears. Shannon and I looked at each other and with our eyes agreed that we could. Then we looked over at the guys. They gave us puppy dog eyes and we lost it. We walked into their arms and kissed them.
�See, told you so,� AJ said.
�Hey, um, AJ?� I asked.
�Yeah Theresa?�
�Do you think you could resist us?� I asked, knowing the answer.
�Well, um, you see�.,� AJ started.
�Hell no,� Howie butted in.
�Yeah, I�ll agree with D,� AJ said.
�Sorry to break this cute little moment, but I feel like dancing,� Nick said. We left the mall and went to a club called �One Night�. As we entered the club the song �Livin� the Vida Loca� was on.
�Come on Shannon,� Brian said, as he grabbed Shannon�s hand. �Hope you don�t mind,� he called back to AJ.
�Naw, have fun,� he called back.
�Let�s go too,� I heard Howie saying into my ear. We danced for the next three songs. Brandy�s �Have You Ever� came on and Howie pulled me closer and I put my head on his shoulder.

�Excuse me Brian. I get this dance,� AJ said.
�Sure man. I�m going to go and get a drink,� Brian said.
�Sorry Shannon, but the first slow dance always has to be danced with your boyfriend,� AJ said, smiling.
�Oh, I think I can forgive you.� As the song ended, we all started going to our seats but then Selena�s �Bidi Bidi Bon Bon: Extended Mix� came on.
�Hey Theresa. Can you dance a cumbia?� Howie asked.
�Yeah Theresa, can you? You said you come from a Mexican family that knows all the Mexican dances,� AJ said.
�Well, I guess I could show what I know. Come on Shannon,� I said as I grabbed her hand. We hit the dance floor and danced the cumbia. We noticed that half way during the song a crowd had formed around us. And standing in front of the group, was AJ and Howie, in awe. The song finished and we had danced for six minutes
