I stared at the newspaper in my hands and tried so hart not to laugh.  Didnt she know how stupid she made herself sound?  I rolled my eyes and glanced at Jennifer.  She was hung over.  Of course, not something new for us!  She rubbed her eyes.
Did that happen last night?
Yeah, but we came here and drunk it off.  I sat down on the bed and shook my head.  Why is it, that when I speak my mind, Im rude or a bitch or a fuckin bad ass.  Why must this world be so damn careful?  For what?
Im not all to sure Resa.  Those are questions I cant answer.  But, are you hiding something?
Other than the fact Im married, no, Im not.  But thats not their damn business, so I wont tell them.
We all understand that hon.  She sighed.  Theyre just annoying little people who love to get in everyones way.
That they do.  I got up and threw the paper in the trash.  In just two more months, we were on our way for our world tour.  I looked out the window and smiled.  In just one more month, we were releasing another song!

I sat my drum set, fixing my shirt and waited for the lady to introduce us.  Once she did, a few lights flicked on us and we smiled.  Jennifer played some short riffs followed by Shannon.  She smiled and glanced over at me.  I picked up the beat and we sang.
CHORUS:  (Love), the four letter word/ That you always speak/ (True Love), its a feeling, its a choice/ (One you never mean)/ Do you know the difference? (please, him?)/ You claim you always do/ Yet, if you did (we know he doesnt)/ You wouldnt be so damn untrue..  Jennifer took the leads first and than Terri picked them up.  We kept the beat hard, fast.
Let me explain what I mean/ Love be a word, nothing more/ Not a feeling, not a choice/ Something you say (you mean like a whore)/ Repeat Chorus  We stopped for a few seconds and Megan brought us back in.  She also took the next verse, followed by Terri.
True Love, is wonderful, its joyus/ Its something you feel deep inside/ Something you truly want/ A feeling you never wanna hide/ So, shall we review?/ Love is something you say/ True love is only what I want/ Cant understand (not him) its about my way  Once again stopped and Shannon shook her head.  She picked up again.
Repeat Chorus (2x)/ Love (nothing but love)/ Oh, oh, you say/ True love (you know)/ Oh, oh, my way  With that, we let it fade out, hearing the remaining words echo out.  We smiled, bowed and quickly left the stage.

We all freaked as the presenter called us on the stage for best video for Let Dogs Lie.  We were at the World Music Award show and having a ball.  We already had two awards. One for best single with Let Dogs Lie and another for best group.  It was awesome.  And of course we sang our latest hit, which like the first one, was shooting up the chart.  On its way to number one.  We talked for a few seconds, thanking everyone before hand!  This was our last award show cause in two very short weeks, we were on our way to our tour!  We were ready, excited, overwhelmed and in a state of shock.  Things just couldnt possibly go wrong!  We were on top of the world!

The lights flicked white, a brownish color and a yellow color.  The screams were loud, the fans ready for the show to begin already.  We took a deep breath, said a quick prayer and took our spots.  I closed my eyes and glanced at Jennifer.  I nodded my head and she smiled.  Together we played the opening notes to the song.
All the old paintings on the tombs/ They do the sand dance don't you know/ If they move too quick (oh whey oh)/ They're falling down like a domino/ All the bazaar men by the Nile/ They got the money on a bet/ Gold crocodiles (oh whey oh)/ They snap their teeth on your cigarette  Shannon took over the first verse.
Foreign types with the hookah pipes say/ Ay oh whey oh, ay oh whey oh/ Walk like an Egyptian Terri had that part, dancing away and enjoying the song.
The blonde waitresses take their trays/ They spin around and they cross the floor/ They've got the moves (oh whey oh)/ You drop your drink then they bring you more/ All the school kids so sick of books/ They like the punk and the metal band/ When the buzzer rings (oh whey oh)/ They're walking like an Egyptian  Megan took the next verse, getting into the beats.
All the kids in the marketplace say/ Ay oh whey oh, ay oh whey oh/ Walk like an Egyptian And Terri sang, getting the crowd in with the beats.  And we kept a riff going, me and Jennifer.  She closed her eyes, her head going to the beat.
Slide your feet up the street bend your back/ Shift your arm then you pull it back/ Life is hard you know (oh whey oh)/ So strike a pose on a Cadillac/ If you want to find all the cops/ They're hanging out in the donut shop/ They sing and dance (oh whey oh)/ Spin the clubs cruise down the block  Jennifer took that part, leaving me the next verse and leaving the last bit for Terri.
All the Japanese with their yen/ The party boys call the Kremlin/ And the Chinese know (oh whey oh)/ They walk the line like Egyptian/ All the cops in the donut shop say/ Ay oh whey oh, ay oh whey oh/ Walk like an Egyptian/ Walk like an Egyptian  The crowd went wild and we just smiled to ourselves.
You guys having fun? Terri asked.  Wonderful!  Well, were Trinity, as you all know.  We want you to scream, to laugh, to sing and to have fun.  We welcome you and enjoy the show!  I tapped the sticks, sending us into our next fast song, which was Bad Girls.  The crowd was all the more pumped up and we went into one more fast song, which gave Jennifer the leads.
SPOKEN:  You know you want him!  Just get him (Resa)/ Dont say anything stupid (Terri)/ I wouldnt try. Dont do it, be cautious (Shannon)/ Hes not even your style (Megan)/ I see you standing there/ And you spot me, dancing away/ You know you want to say hi/ So come on baby and sway this way/ They often tell me to be strong/ But to only look (never touch)/ But baby, I cant listen/ You have me wound up (its too much)  Jennifer had the crowd dancing and singing along.  Terri, for this one song, had taken over the keys.
CHORUS:  (Look) I see a man/ (Look) Hes done and caught my eye/ (Dont touch) But I just (wanna) so much/ (Dont touch) Ill make him mine/ You can feel the music pumping/ Can feel it run through you/ It does the same to me (cant you see)/ (You know girl, do) what you gotta do  The crowd was eating up all the acting and the dancing.  We had a couple back up dancers who were more than glad to help us out on the show.
f thats the way it goes/ Im gonna show you all I can/ Im gonna make you want me baby/ Im gonna me you (oh yes) my man/ Repeat Chorus/ SPOKEN:  Oh girl, hes coming over (Resa)/ Nothing but trouble (Megan)/ What a fine man (Terri)/ This is not good (Shannon)  Jennifer just glanced at us, made a face and waited for the man to walk over to her.  She smirked at him and he smiled back.
