| �Trinity took off and for the life of us, can�t figure out why. We didn�t think the fans would take to us like they did. But we couldn�t be happier,� Shannon said. �That is true. The fans took a major liking to you. So, what�s after the tour?� �Hopefully another album, if all goes right,� Megan said. �A gut feeling something isn�t?� �Nah, just, we try not to get our hopes up. Bad luck, ya know?� Megan said, laughing at it. �Of course. So, why Let Dogs Lie?� �Dude, why not? It�s funny. Me and Terri wrote the title track, and it was just, a spur of the moment that stuck. Plus we have a lot more love songs off this album. Fast one and slow ones,� I said, laughing. �And that�s the first single, right?� �Of course. It was a hit, we loved it, the guys loved. We recorded and said we wanted to release it,� Terri said. �You think by chance the fans can have a listen?� We all laughed and stood up. �Just for the fans,� Jennifer said. We walked over to the stage and got ready to rock. We stood up and smiled the clapping crowd. �That was Trinity with their latest single, �Let Dogs Lie�. Give it up one more time for our guests.� We bowed and went back to the back, and our awaiting limo. �Did you guys have fun?� Meshelle asked us. �Jay is a riot, I love that man,� Jennifer said. We all just looked at her and laughed. �What?� �Nothing girl. Where to next?� Shannon asked. �Hmm, from here, got fly back to Florida for a magazine interview, than to Hollywood, and watching a premier, and than to New York, for a news brief.� �And how long do we have to do this?� �Five days.� We all groaned but knew that was the life. �Welcome ladies. I�m Kathy. I�m going to be interviewing you for the YM magazine and this will appear in our next issue. We do ask if we can have a couple pictures?� We just all glanced at each other and shrugged. �Sure Kathy,� Terri said, smiling. �Great. Now on to questions, is there any more problems between you and Jennifer Lopez or Britney Spears?� �Britney has said stuff, but we�re blowing it out. We don�t care. That was something that never should have happened and if she doesn�t like us, we�re not going to die,� Megan said. �It�s old new, us and her. She�s the one who wants to bring it up. Just doesn�t make her look good in the facts that she�s an attention getter and that she�s the one who started it,� Shannon said. �And as for Jennifer,� I said, shrugging, �she�s always had a problem with me. But, she�s D�s friend. So, not seeing her is rather hard.� �Was it because of her that you two broke up for a couple days?� �Good fuckin� Lord. A couple days we were split up and the whole fuckin� press knows!� I laughed, amazed at them. �No, she wasn�t the cause of our break up. We were always fighting. But we wanted to spend time together and with both of us being busy, it was rather hard.� �Does it bother him that you can�t get along with her?� �Not in the least. We don�t cat fight in front of him, or around him. And when we do come across we each other, we just bear it and smile.� �Good, good advice too. So, let�s move on to the single and the album. Are you guys hoping to get a good response from this album?� �Yeah. I mean, I think this is by far, way better than Trinity. We wrote almost all of our own songs. It�s a lot funkier, a lot more different. Still the same fast jams, but more soul foul, know what I mean?� Jennifer asked. Kathy just nodded her head at the comment. �I think the fans will eat it up. They always write and tell us what they want us to play, to write. And we like to please the fans,� Shannon said, laughing. Kathy smiled and nodded her head. �Your tour is following this, are you guys excited?� �Who wouldn�t be. It�s our tour. We�re the main act,� Terri said. �Are the guys going with you?� �We�ve asked, and it�s a most likely they will. Those months are months that is their down time and months they should be writing. So, they will,� Megan said. �You know, can you guys see an end in sight?� We all thought for a moment and I smiled. �You can big one day and the next day, be at the bottom. In this world, anything is possible. So, while we can, we enjoy our success. I�m sure, like everything else, things end. We know we�re not going to be in this forever,� I said. �For now though, we take it day by day. Until our manager says the sales aren�t looking to good or the fans don�t want us, or we fight ourselves to death.� She laughed and jotted down the last quote. �Well ladies, I believe you have answered all of my questions, thank you.� We smiled and thanked her back. We headed toward the dressing rooms to change for our pictures. I held his hand and we smiled at the crowd. We got the lucky chance of seeing the greatest movie to hit the screen, Star Wars, number 3 of course. It wasn�t even ready to come out for a while, and yet, here we were, walking down the red carpet. The cameras were going off and questions were being flung at us. We just smiled and kept it up. I glanced at him, in his black slacks and a white shirt. He looked good, damn good. He squeezed my hand and I smiled. We sat down and he put his arm around my shoulders. He grabbed my left hand and played with the ring finger. I glanced over at him and he smirked. �What?� I whispered. �What do you say we get married?� I raised my eyebrow at him, shocked! |
