| �Let�s take a walk baby. Later AJ,� he said. AJ just nodded his head as he stood up. Howie grabbed my hand and we started talking. �Resa?� �Yeah D?� �Um, how many people have asked you about your hickey?� �Just Squeaky. Many people can�t see it.� �Okay, that�s good.� We stopped talking and reached this little pond. He sat down on the grass and pulled me down next to him. He wrapped his arm around my waist as he started kissing my neck. �D, isn�t this how we started last night?� �Hmm,� he said, still kissing my neck. I felt his hand go to the hem of my shirt and moved his hand underneath it. He slowly moved upward, moving his lips to mine. He gently pushed me down, never breaking the kiss. I kissed his jaw and traveled down his neck. His hands started moving back up, underneath my shirt. �Howie?� Kevin called out. We broke the kiss and got up. �We�ll finish later?� I asked. He just looked at me and smiled. �Oh yeah,� he told me. He softly pressed his lips against mine as he grabbed my hand. �I can do this,� Shannon thought to herself. She walked to AJ and laid her hand on his cheek. She looked into his eyes then she felt her lips softly on AJ�s. Her arms went around his neck, his hands on her waist, as AJ parted her lips with his tongue. He wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her closer t him. After a few moments they pulled away. AJ just gazed into her eyes, a smile on his face. �You don�t know how badly I wanted that,� AJ said. �I believe I do know,� Shannon responded. She pressed her lips once again on his. He pulled her closer one again and once again, they intertwined tongues. They pulled apart as they heard the gang coming up. �AJ, would you like to go out?� �Shannon, dearest, I would love to.� Shannon smiled up at him and he returned her smile. He softly pressed his lips on hers. �Look, they�re finally together,� I yelled. They pulled away and glared at me. �Um, Howie, baby, protect me,� I asked him. He laughed at me and put his arm around my shoulders. �I�m sure they won�t do anything to my baby,� he whispered in my ear. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and thanked him. �So, are you two finally going out?� Howie asked. �Yeah,� Shannon said smiling. �Finally, I was beginning to wonder when everything was going to happen,� I thought. I glanced over at Brian and saw him joking around with Nick. I was right. �They both had the same feeling,� I thought again. I smiled to myself. �What are you thinking about Esa?� AJ asked me. I looked over at him, arm wrapped around Shannon�s waist. My smile faded as I felt that same feeling again. �Nothing, AJ,� I mumbled. I glanced down, wondering how that, no more like, where did that feeling come from. �Theresa, are you okay?� Shannon asked me. I kept my head down and just nodded yes. �Don�t lie Resa. I know..� �Just leave me alone,� I yelled, cutting her off. I saw her flinch and then I saw here getting pissed. �What the fuck did I do?� She yelled back. I just glanced at her, turned around and ran off. �Theresa, wait,� I heard her yell out. I didn�t even turn around. I finally stopped when I reached the pond. I sat down and cried. �I can�t ignore this anymore, I just can�t,� I told myself. �Why? Why me?� I asked softly. �Esa?� I heard AJ�s voice and then I felt his hand on my shoulder. �AJ..� �No, I�m not leaving,� he told me, cutting me off. He sat down beside me and drew me into his arms. �Are you going to tell me what�s bothering you?� I pulled back and looked into his eyes. �AJ, I have this feeling. A feeling like something is going to happen. Something bad. All I can tell is that it has to do with me.� �So, you have this feeling and it makes you turn into a bitch?� �Alexander, how dare you. I know something is going to happen. I could fuckin� die and all you car about is me being a bitch?� �No, you�re usually a bitch. But, tell me, did you have to be a bitch to my woman?� I just looked at him, shocked. �AJ, she�s been your woman for like five minutes.� �Theresa, you know�� �AJ, give it up. I need to leave. Let everyone know that I�m going out.� I got up and tried walking away but I felt his hand around my wrist. �Theresa..� �No AJ. I�ve been a bitch for long enough. Maybe I should just be by myself.� I yanked my wrist out of his reach and started walking away before I felt someone grab my shoulder. �God Theresa, why do you have to be a fuckin� bitch,� Shannon thought. She stopped as she saw AJ holding me. She felt her heart drop but really didn�t know why. She saw, as we, as well as heard, us arguing. She saw me get up but AJ stopped me. She ran after me when I did get free. She grabbed my shoulder and just prayed I wasn�t too pissed. �Look Theresa, I�m sorry. I just don�t know why you�re being a fuckin� bitch.� I slowly turned around. �Shannon, I maybe a bitch, but I don�t fuck.� �Sure could have fooled me.� �I�m insulted you bitch.� �Just as long as you know that I�m the queen. Look, Theresa, I�m really sorry.� I just looked down, feeling so bad for the way I treated her. �I�m sorry too.� �Come on. I�m sure the rest of the group is wondering what�s up.� She linked her arm through mine and we started walking back to the group. I looked at everyone and they had a look of confusion on their faces. �Would you like to explain what happened? Or maybe you need to elaborate on this feeling!� Brian told me. I felt someone wrap their arms around my waist from behind. I sighed as I leaned back against Howie�s chest. �Thanks Nick. Okay, since you know what I told Mr. Carter, there�s not much more to explain. It�s just a feeling like something is going to happen. Just like a gut feeling like something isn�t right. I wish there was more that I could tell you.� I looked around, and everyone still had a look of confusion. Finally, Howie broke the silence. �Well, there�s nothing to worry about baby.� �I know. But, it pisses me off when I get this feeling and I don�t know what�s going to happen. That would be why I come off like a bitch. I�m sorry for all of this.� |
