Management might want us to go back on tour and I don�t want you alone.� �I�m not alone. I have Megan and the Dorough�s.� �True, but I want Megan to go on tour with us. Her company will let her go, I already asked. I wanted you to go too, but I guess you can�t.� �I�ll be fine here than. He smiled and ran into the living room. I sat down at the table and played with the place-mat that was there. I stared out the window and watched the stars dance on the pool water. I sighed and laid my head down on the table. I felt someone rub my shoulders and I glanced in the window. �Hey D.� �Hey you. Are you okay?� �I�m fine. Just thinking.� �About what?� �Dan. It�s not even that I miss him. I just thought he would be there and he�s not. And it�s just odd. We were together for like two years and he�s gone over something he wanted.� �Are you sure he wanted it Resa?� �I�m pretty sure.� I looked at Howie. �I think I�m pretty sure.� I looked up at Howie once again. �Okay, he didn�t want it. But it�s not my fault. He�s just as guilty.� �I�m not going to argue. But, he�s not a man yet, and we all knew this.� �Yeah, and what is your point? I made a mistake and now I�m living with it. Even with all the help I was getting, I knew I was going to truly raise this baby on my own. I glanced around me and just shook my head. I walked out into the living room and saw AJ and Megan cuddling on the couch. �For what it�s worth, I�m going to bed now. Don�t let me keep you two up.� I just smiled at them and they turned around. �Night Resa,� Megan called. �Night girl.� I watched as AJ got up and walked over toward me. �Need some help upstairs?� �If it�s going to make you feel better, than yes.� HE smiled and wrapped his arm around my waist. We finally made it up to my room and he tucked me into bed. �Are we going to do something tomorrow?� �It�s up to you Age. I know you want to spend time with Megan.� �But you�re my sister.� �And she�s going to be your wife. What�s the deal? You know I don�t feel out of the loop or pushed aside. Hell, she lives with us. She�s like my best friend after you and Howie, so trust me, if you want to spend time with her, I don�t mind. Sides, I have some companies to go see tomorrow. Just the person we are looking for. Someone with a creative mind, someone who can drop everything and pick up a pen and paper and start writing. Now, we know that some companies are bigger and better and if you are asked, you can certainly leave, but for now, if you wish, you can work here.� I just stared at the later, moving only my hands. �Are you for real? I walked down the hall way and to the elevator. I pushed the button for the lobby and waited. It slowly sent me down and I walked out the door.
