| Spiders are one of the great bugaboos of the human species. Few creatures inspire as much irrational fear and dread as a large, or fast-moving spider. Deciding to file a lawsuit, or being served with one, is like discovering while you look in the mirror that there is a bird eating tarantula on your head. You didn't know it was there, but you know you owe it some healthy respect or it might decide you are a bird.
Few things inspire as much anxiety in a human as having to go to Court. The rules are unknowns, the jargon is deliberately obtuse, and if you fail to treat your "spider" gingerly, it might bite you. A good lawyer stands by your side to help you get through a confusing and frightening process that can change your life in unpleasant ways.
Lawyers get used to dealing with situations that would induce ulcers in most sane people. If they also avoid becoming jaded, they can provide reassurance as well as expert handling of the matter. As you can tell from the picture, the spider is every bit as calm as I am about the situation.
If you think you have a legal tarantula on your hands, consider calling an expert. | |
