MACHER JHAAL( FISH IN GREEN CHILLI)
Preparation:
marinate chicken with salt and
turmeric powder
make mustard paste..............1
spoon of turmeric powder, 2-3 garlic pods, 5-6 green chilies, 2 spoons
of mustard, little water
Method:
take 5-6 spoons of mustard
oil
shallow fry the fish pieces for
5-6 minutes (light fry, not until golden brown)
Meanwhile.........
heat 3 spoons of mustard oil in
a pan
+1/2 spoon of kala jeera
+mustard paste
+salt
+3-4 whole slit green chilies..........bring
it to a boil
+fried fish pieces to the mixture
+1/2 spoon of turmeric again
+water..............if you want
more gravy
Serve it with hot rice
