Mushroom Recipe




  3  tbsp.  olive  oil 
  6 - 8 clove of  crushed  garlic
  2 tsp.  of  black  strap molasses
  2  cups  of  sliced  mushrooms
  1  tsp.  of  salt  or 2  tbsp  of  soy  sauce
  1  tbsp.  of  vinegar
  2  pieces  of  toast


  pour  salt   on  skinned, unchopped  garlic.  mince  or  crush  salt  into the cloves as you
  cut ,  allowing  the thick  sticky  oils to  absorb  the  salt .  Lick  the  knife when you
  are done.
  oil  a   pan .  I use more than  3 tbsp. USE LOW  HEAT .  stick in  garlic,
  allowing  to  simmer  2 - 3 min. add  molasses,   vinegar,  mushrooms,  soy sauce
  if  you  did not use salt  or  garlic . simmer  this  ambrosia  for  about  5 - 7 minutes.
   THE HEAT HAS TO BE  LOW OR YOU WILL BURN IT AND IT WILL TASTE LIKE   
    SHIT .
