In the far eastern Mediterranean, to the west of Syria, Cyprus is an island basking in a typically Mediterranean climate of endless sunshine and little rain. Cyprus is a holiday island which has embraced tourism with enthusiasm and has much to offer its twentieth century tourist.

The Villas are situated in the Latchi area which is on the rural north west coast of Cyprus. Latchi was once a fishing hamlet but that has now become  a resort ond certainly the perfect place in which to idle away many a happy hour in a seafront tavern.

About four kilometres from Latchi is the livelier town of Polis. Polis is a bursting little market town but retains much unspoilt cypriot charm. Evening entertainment can be found by eating out at a variety of restuarants, bars and clubs.

Relaxation is made ridiculously easy at these spacious single storey villas which lie in  the rural tranquillity in the midst of rolling country side with 60 metres between each villa the villas are very private and peaceful. The beach is within walking distance and Latchi is conveniently close.

Designed in traditional style with whitewashed walls and a terracotta lied roof the villas are shaded by wide furnished terraces looking out on one side to the countryside and sea beyond. Reached through sliding doors from both patios the open plan lounge are bright and airy furnished with a fire place in one corner and a comfortable sitting area with satellite televison. A breakfast bar separates the dining area from a well equiped  kitchen with a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and an electric oven.Three steps lead up to the bedroom area where each of the three bedrooms has its own patio door leading onto shaded terraces. The double bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room and the two twin bedrooms share a bathroom.
