Roleplay By: The Jackrabbit
Date: 27/3/04
Fed: ICWF
Targeted: DeMarko Frost, Street Shark

The scene opens up. The camera is in the middle of a large urban scene, blocks of flats rising up from the ground, all at least three or four storeys high. There are smaller buildings around the area but they are less common, dwarfed and overshadowed by the taller buildings around them. The camera pans down the side of one of the buildings and follows now across a long road down, which a variety of cars are moving. The busy road would imply the location to be inner city, though exactly which city cannot be told. The movement of the scene picks up pace as the camera is hurried down a back-alley between beside one of the tallest blocks of flats. The camera tilts. Its view is moved slowly up the building, allowing the viewer to behold the full of its height.

Just as it sees the top of the building, the camera drops swiftly, or rather its view does, back on to a level sight, looking out along the road. A voice though, catches its attention and it stops panning.

THE JACKRABBIT: Hey-aaaaaa!

The camera spins on a pivot to face the source of the voice and it lands on none other than ICWFs own, The Jackrabbit! His untidy blonde hair is let freely down his neck and shoulders, and his goatee is as poorly kept as ever. Eyes stare, it can be assumed, from behind dark shades and his grin is awesome. The black T-shirt he wears depicts the image of a rabbit; a rabbit laughing maniacally, with glowing red eyes, spiky gray fur and long buck teeth. He wears below this interesting image a pair of tattered looking blue, denim jeans.

THE JACKRABBIT: Come ere often do ya? Or looking for me, me, me!? Well The Jackrabbit thats me, donchya know? comes here often. This place is different to me. Different like how it isnt to you. See why The Jackrabbit came from here. Nah silly fools, I wasnt born ere but up there He points up the tall building, then makes a falling motion with his fingers And down here see, Rabbit Fans and Rabbit Fans alike This is where I fell fell fell I hates it, I really do see, Talon pushed me. He pushed me and I fell and well that is how Jay was gone and I was me, and that is all that is all

I doesnt like heights nu-uh, not one teensy weensy little bit. Well, tisnt the heights that is the problem really tis the fallin offa em! I tried an tried an tried to conquer em but how do you conquer summat you cant Last Laugh? Thats my philo philo.. philosofa? Dont really matters though nu-uh, not really. Cos at the Papa-View this week uhm Insane Massacre, at that The Jackrabbit doesnt gotta go up high. Nopes The Jackrabbit has gotta stay in the ring, nice and low, and beats a bunch of peoples

For a moment, The Jackrabbit could have sworn he heard a noise somewhere near by. His shaded eyes dart around expectantly, towards an area of shadows at the end of the alley. He narrows his eyes, but sees nothing. Furrowing his brow and shrugging his shoulders, The Jackrabbit turns back to the camera with a grin.

THE JACKRABBIT: where was I? Uhm uhm right yeah, the Papa View well actually, thats a funny story! See this DeMarko Freezey wanted to play games with The Jackrabbit for some reason and Sharky, he wanted to fight The Jackrabbit thats me, case you forgot!.. well, I wanted to face Sharky too I means, all this time researching fishies and sharks and then I fights some Elimymajig? Knowin stuffs bout fishes and all that aint gonna help nobody gainst Elimymajig, but it will help against a real Sharky. Street Shark well, hah! you finally gonna get whats bin comin to ya alla last week cos at the Papa View, we will meet Odjie done us a favor, Sharky he gives me to you and you to me (in a totally non-Zimmy kinda way, course!) Remember all them promises I made to you, Sharky remember em proper. Cos Ready or Not, Here Comes The Jackrabbit!

The Jackrabbit now lets his eyes drift back up the building and he frowns to himself, before taking a deep breath and crossing himself (although he does miss his left shoulder and poke himself in the top of the ribs.)

Well ere it goes going up!

And on that note, The Jackrabbit heads into the tall set of flats through a rusted side door that clearly hasnt had maintenance for years by the squeak it makes on use. The Jackrabbit however fails to notice the dark figure that follows him through the door. As its focus disappears from view, the camera suddenly takes a physically impossible leap up the side of the building, scaling the side of it until it reaches the side over which it hovers, panning in just in time to watch The Jackrabbit emerging from a door onto the roof. The camera becomes stationary now as The Jackrabbit moves slowly, purposefully towards it but he has seemingly lost the spring in his step. As he reaches the camera, he lifts his sunshades onto the top of his head, cocks his head on a side and narrows piercing blue eyes.

THE JACKRABBIT: This is where it happened! This! Right here! He threw me his best friend. You know what its like to fall? You know! You have no idea! You falls outta bed, or off a wall or outta a tree nothing compared to where The Jackrabbit fell. Rabbits hop they dont fly. They cant fly. Fall fall faaaall! Well theyll fall on Sunday, theyll fall at four-four-four, truuuuust The Jackrabbit when he speaks cos he is known for his common sense Arghahah!

Sometimes I remember the darkness of my past
Bringing back these memories I wish I didn't have

THE JACKRABBIT: No matter no matter! The past is history and history is past.. The Jackrabbit got his revenge on Talon for what he did waaaaaaaahahahay back! This is this, now is now. You see and now is Street Sharky and Mr. Freeze. Oh yeeeah! Odjie gimme that girlie, and Odjie gimme that Elimimajig dude but this is different. This is a Papa View, this is biiig and this is a triangle match. Ever seen a triangle match? I havent theyre usually just straight. I mean, if it was a triangle, where would the little red bit go that you make go all flamey? Uhh.. anywho as I was saying before, this is all about an imaginary ladder climb climb climb, till you get at the top where Kal--- He is interrupted suddenly.

VOICE BEHIND HIM: Turn around and put your f*ckin hands up, weirdo!

The Jackrabbit slowly turns around from the camera to see a man dressed all in black save a red bandana around his head staring at him. The man has an unshaved, stubble look to his face and dark threatening eyes. Something glistens in the mans hand it is a knife and he holds it out, ready to use it on The Jackrabbit should the need take him.

MAN: Thats it! Just empty out your pockets come on, all the money you got! Hurry up!

THE JACKRABBIT: What you want my money for?

MAN: What? Just shut the f*ck up, man, and empty out your f*cking pockets!

THE JACKRABBIT: I was just wonderin, thats all!

MAN: I aint gunna tell you again, weirdo! And the camera, too, gimme that!

THE JACKRABBIT: But I need that to finish talkin to all my Rabbit Fans I mean, sure they booed me at Inferno but they didnt mean it I think they just got confused with the difference between cheering and booing I done that before, its a really confu---

MAN: What the f*ck are you on, man?! Gimme your f*cking money or Ill stick this f*cking thing in ya!

THE JACKRABBIT: Whats that mean? That word you keep using f*ck?!

MAN: Youre p*ssing me about now, man! Ive had enough of your f*cking sh*t already!

True to his word, the armed thug on the rooftop with The Jackrabbit took a charge at him, his blade brandished. Clearly he wanted whatever money he thought his prey had. The Jackrabbits jaw dropped just a little and, with split seconds to spare, he took a swift sidestep with the agility he had gained from his years in pro-wrestling. The effect was unintended; the thug tripped past The Jackrabbit and was sent instantly over the side of the building, screaming. The Jackrabbit though didnt even bother turning to look, instead his eyes widening at the sound to meet his eyes. A wave of horror hit him.

Wounds so deep they never show they never go away
Like moving pictures in my head for years and years they've played

His body soared over the side of the building, everything suddenly seeming like slow motion. His eyes widened, a cry slipping past his lips. He could see the man who had tossed him over the side at the top, on safe ground much like the ground so many feet below him rushing up to meet him. His body would hit it and all would go black. All would be gone. And nothing he knew could save him from the seemingly slow-motion fall down. Down. Down. Down.

The Jackrabbit didnt waste another second instantly he fled the top of the building, not wanting or daring to know what had become of the thug. The images flashed through his mind, reminding him painfully of the memories almost seven years ago There had been no Last Laughs to have..
