In order to get the magic key you have to remeber the girls song. or just go the the sealed wall and press the right one and then the left and now you have the Magic key.

I will find this in the 2nd basement, seach the area around the stairs. this thing can only be used but fighters and can atract monsters but is also very valuable, I sold it , but i don't remember the value but i now it was alot.
