Return Of Snake
Nothing calmed her more then to dance. She would dance the night away in her room. Never really knowing why the nights excited her. She would work hard all day but never need to sleep as long as she danced. When she got home show would change out of her work cloths into shorts and a small shirt, turn on music, danced for a while, just feeling the beat. But she knew that when she really felt it she would let down her long blond hair and really start to dance.
Ever since her fifteenth birthday she never slept. Her parents didn't know, they usually went to sleep before her bed time. Her parents didn't know a lot about her but hat is the way she liked it. Her life was a secret from them. They would read her poems but never really know what they meant. Her thoughts of death were between her, friends, and the paper.
There was nothing wrong with her fiscally or mentally she just loved to write, read, and learn anything about death and vampires. Everything she learned was never told.
Today was quite special for her, it was her 21st birthday and she was so exited that she actually slept the night before to look her best. She was going to have a dance party and her boyfriend, of six years, was supposed to come. She hadn't seen him in a year and wanted to look her best for him. But that morning nothing went as planned.
As she got up she got a splitting headache. She needed her sunglasses to walk around the house because the sun hurt her eyes. When she finally looked in the mirror she could barley see herself. She took a shower to try to calm down and fell asleep standing up. After being awakened by the phone she jumps and puts on some cloths. She got a call from her boyfriend saying that he couldn't make it. Then the next few minutes were hell for her.
Every one of her friends called to cancel going with her. After an hours passed she just started crying. The pain inflicted on her was too much for her to bear. That night was long and lonely. That was the first night she didn't dance at all. She just listened to music and starred up at the ceiling.
She planned a happy birthday and only got tears. The next day was just as bad, she just mopped around, not looking at anyone or anything. She became very pale and never eat. Weeks passed by and she had no job, barely lived in her house and never slept at night. Let's go back a few years when her life was perfect. Let's see it was the year of her 18th birthday. She had planned the perfect party. Her boyfriend, same one, was going to be there, her best friend, Sarha, was there helping out and all her friends were coming. The only thing she was worried about was that her dad might show up. Her dad never really socialized unless he knew and trusted the person. Her dad was tall, dark black hair, he was very pale, and almost never went in the sun, a lot like she was now. Everyone called him Snake, no one really went around him unless they had to.
Finally she called up her boyfriend and asked him to come over. He said he was busy.
"What do you mean "busy?" You were never "busy" before!"
"I have a lot of work I need to do here, I am moving soon." He said stuttering.
"Moving! Moving! You never told me you were moving." She screamed.
"Sorry you haven't been around when I call. I got to go I still have a lot of packing to do." Then he hung up.
"From the sound of it you have a lot of work to do, in the bed!" She said to herself.
After a couple of drinks she went out for a walk. At first she started out slow, finally looking around. Then want into a jog, then a fast run. She didn't know where she was going she just felt that it was right. Then suddenly she stopped. Looking around to see where she was she saw an old oak tree that ha been dead for lack of water. She looked around a little more and noticed a little house with windows busted and boarded doors. She had never been here before but she felt safe around here. She walked around looking for some kind of sign that would tell her every thing was going to be alright.
Just as she was about to leave a car pulled up to the house and out came her boyfriend. He went over to the door and knocked down the boards.
Hiding behind the tree she started to cry. Then she thought to herself. "What is he doing here?"
Just as she was about to stand up a hand came upon her shoulder. She jumped and almost hit the man behind her. To her surprise it was her boyfriend.
"What are you doing here?" He asked looking at her with awe.
"I was jogging around town and then I just stopped and I was here. I don't know I was just looking around. What are you doing here?"
"I am going to move here. I know it's not much but I'm going to fix her up."
