Provided detail about the DFMEA process for systems and components and the DFMEA form itself. Worked through case studies to learn how to use a DFMEA to solve problems.

* Worked as a Thermal Systems Engineer on the Rear Wheel Drive Product Team on 2008 – 2010 vehicles. 
* Designed and released HVAC unit and several parts associated with it. 
* Root caused thermal problems with vehicles. Used ODB II diagnostic software to pin point problem areas.

* Worked as a Thermal Systems Engineer on the Front Wheel Drive Product Team on 2007 model vehicles. 
* Independently lead two vehicle development road trips and was an active participant in three other development road trips performing DVP&R tests for the thermal systems of the vehicle.
* Actively involved with Environmental Drive Cell / Wind Tunnel Testing. Analyzed and interpreting data collected.
