I did two versions of the Annunciation, a traditional one and a non-traditional one. I think this one looks much better. It is non-traditional because of Mary's garb and also because the holy spirit looks more like a shower of fire than a dove. Around the edges are the lyrics from a song by LoveSpiralsDownwards called Stir About the Stars. This is one of my favorite songs and it isn't the first time it has appeared on this website. The lyrics are:

I begin to wake as the world outside ends.
Dense even in this still night, to owe you my life.
I tell you make castles when you want to.
And fill them with the sights.
Stir about the stars, during nights below these tides.
