Spiritual Warfare

[Strongs numbers bracketed]

The battle is already won in the heavenlies.

"Revelation 12:7-12 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his
angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in And the
great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan,
which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his
angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven,
Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the
power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which
accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the
blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not
their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell
in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is
come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but
a short time."

And here is the strength of these passages:
"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their
testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death."

II Cornithians
002:010 To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any
thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of
Christ;
002:011 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of
his devices.

If you have any wildfire in your life, you had better put it out from your
life. (Cut off)

II Corinthians
010:003 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
010:004 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through
God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
010:005 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to
the obedience of Christ;
010:006 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your
obedience is fulfilled.

Ephesians
006:010 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his
might.
006:011 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against
the wiles of the devil.
006:012 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against
spiritual wickedness in high places.
006:013 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able
to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
006:014 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having
on the breastplate of righteousness;
006:015 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
006:016 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to
quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
006:017 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which
is the word of God:
006:018 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and
watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

God has called us to be offensive. Attack the gates of hell. Now the seven
tribes in the promised land represent different aspects of our lives in which
we must cast them out utterly before us and destroy them, not giving them any
room in our lives. Do not be comfortable with these things in your life.

Deuteronomy
007:001 When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou
goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites,
and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites,
and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than
thou;
007:002 And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt
smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them,
nor shew mercy unto them:
007:003 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt
not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.
007:004 For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may
serve other gods: so will the anger of the LORD be kindled against you, and
destroy thee suddenly.
007:005 But thus shall ye deal with them; ye shall destroy their altars, and
break down their images, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven
images with fire.
007:006 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God
hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that
are upon the face of the earth.

Exodus
023:020 Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to
bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
023:021 Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not
pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him.
023:022 But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak;
then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine
adversaries.
23:23 For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto
the Amorites [0567],
and the Hittites [02850],
and the Perizzites [06522],
and the Canaanites [03669],
the Hivites [02340],
and the Jebusites [02983]:
and I will cut them off. [03582]
023:024 Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after
their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down
their images.

But also intriguing was His not mentioning any of the Kenites, and the
Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, as He did in Genesis 15. Herein is the
example, of what is in use, that the Lord does not want cast out, but to
join forces with, hand in hand with the spirit.

Genesis 015:018 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying,
Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great
river, the river Euphrates:
015:019 The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites,
015:020 And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims,

Kenites 07017 Qeyniy {kay-nee'} or Qiyniy (1 Chr 2:55) {kee-nee'}

AV - Kenite 13; 13
Kenite = "smiths"
1) the tribe from which the father-in-law of Moses was a member and which
lived in the area between southern Palestine and the mountains of Sinai
Kenites: smiths, the name of a tribe inhabiting the desert lying between
southern Palestine and the mountains of Sinai. Jethro was of this tribe
(Judg. 1:16). He is called a "Midianite" (Num. 10:29), and hence it is
concluded that the Midianites and the Kenites were the same tribe. They were
wandering smiths, "the gipsies and travelling tinkers of the old Oriental
world. They formed an important guild in an age when the art of metallurgy
was confined to a few" (Sayce's Races, etc.). They showed kindness to Israel
in their journey through the wilderness. They accompanied them in their march
as far as Jericho (Judg. 1:16), and then returned to their old haunts among
the Amalekites, in the desert to the south of Judah. They sustained afterwards
 friendly relations with the Israelites when settled in Canaan
(Judg. 4:11, 17-21; 1 Sam. 27:10; 30:29). The Rechabites belonged to this
tribe (1 Chr. 2:55) and in the days of Jeremiah (35:7-10) are referred to as
following their nomad habits. Saul bade them depart from the Amalekites
(1 Sam. 15:6) when, in obedience to the divine commission, he was about to
"smite Amalek." And his reason is, "for ye showed kindness to all the children
of Israel when they came up out of Egypt." Thus "God is not unrighteous to
forget the kindnesses shown to his people; but they shall be remembered
another day, at the farthest in the great day, and recompensed in the
resurrection of the just" (M. Henry's Commentary). They are mentioned for the
 last time in Scripture in 1 Sam. 27:10; comp. 30:20.

1) a people who occupied the land of Canaan when God promised it to Abram
Kadmonites: Orientals, the name of a Canaanitish tribe which inhabited the
north-eastern part of Palestine in the time of Abraham (Gen. 15:19).
Probably they were identical with the "children of the east," who
inhabited the country between Palestine and the Euphrates.
