Than i give to my loveing wife the use of all my estate what so ever durning her widowhood or natural life and or day of marriage or death my will ts that this Item I give and bequeath to my son Ezekiel And Soloman all my land to be equaly divided between them and their heirs forever. I give to my son Ezekiel all my carpenters tools. Item I give the remainder of my estate to my wife or death to my loving children to my daughter and my son Ezekiel my daughter Mary my sons Solomon, John, Joseph, Arthur & timothy to be equally divided between them. Item I give to my son Henry twenty Five shillings to be paid by executrix.
Item I give to my daughter Martha Whitley and my daugter Honor Allen a half a pence and I do make my loving wife Deborah my whole and sole executrix to this my last will and testament in witness my hand and seal this 19th day of November 1722.
