Shortbread
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup butter
Preparation
In a mixing bowl combine sugar and flour, cut in the
butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs and begins to cling. Form into a
ball and knead until smooth. Chill dough and then roll out and cut with
cutter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes, checking to make sure they do
not brown.
Number of Servings
3 doz (depends on size of cookie cutter)
