3.5 cups Rye Flour
3.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 cups of water (109 - 115 F)
1 package yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 Egg
3 Tsp Oil
1/4 tsp salt
Stir yeast into warm water, let set for 10 minutes. Mix all ingredients in bowl, then add yeast and water. Knead for 5-8 minutes. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Shape dough into small balls then roll into circles. Bake on a griddle for 3-5 minutes per side.
