The bugs report is written in such a way that, a bug is listed and
the solving measure and results are given after each item.  If the
bug is started with a V mark, it means that it has been solved. PV
for partly solved.  If there is no sign before the bug, then no 
solution has been made to it.

   the author wants to introduce NN-based control design techniques
     and Fuzzy-based control strategy in the framework to make it 
     even more useful.  Further more, the C code implementation can be
     generated using the CtrlLAB.

V  The cursor positioning facility does not work successfully

V  The state space model editing facility needs to be enhanced
-  it is OK now ( 20 July, 1997)

V  It is found that the closed loop model evaluation is not correct
   when there exists a feedback model
