| SxSW Film Festival Austin, Texas March 12 - 20, 2004 |
| Early in the morning (try 5:00 a.m. early) on Saturday, March 13, a group of intrepid young filmmakers...well, really a group of five very tired young filmmakers (okay, actually, only Dan is a filmmaker), left for the twelve-hour trek to Austin, TX, for a week of movie-going. The ride there was uneventful...unless Scott was driving. Then it poured and there were massive construction and traffic jams and an hour delay. We arrived in Austin about fourteen hours later. Too late, unfortunately, to register and see any films. That had to wait til the next dayl |
