| Fallfest Jam '01 |
| On the Saturday after Thanksgiving of last year, Large Marge and Truckers put on a show to help support the Sidney area food bank. A ton of food was donated to the bank and the area was supplied with great jam based rock and roll from three great bands. The night started off with SYCO, a band from the Sidney-Oxford area. After a great set from them, Honkus, a band form Waterloo, NY took the stage, making their performance debut! They took the crowd by storm and played an amazing set of originals! (Look on our tour dates to see when Honkus will be playing with LMT next!!) When Honkus wrapped up their show, LMT awed the crowd and rocked the house. The all-orginal set was broken up by massive jams containing covers. At the end of LMT's set, Ben Gross from SYCO was invited up to jam on "Waitin'" with his sax. Jim Altemari also jammed with the band playing aux. percussion. It was an exciting night that will be repeated! Where? August 8th at the Chenango County Fair! All three bands will be there, playing their hearts out! YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS SHOW! |
