12^th International Choir Festival "Orlando di Lasso"

Marche (Italy), June 17^th - 20^th, 2005

This choral event is held in the very charming region of Marche which is located in the centre of Italy between the Adriatic seaside and the green hills of the Appennini.

It will be for you an occasion to spend four days singing not only during the competition but also performing in some of the historical cities like Loreto, and Recanati and joining the other choirs in open air concerts, and a parade.

Addressed to male, female and mixed choirs, folksong choirs, vocal groups, youth and children choirs. Comprehends categories with and without compulsory piece; a repertoire of both sacred and profane a-cappella music is to be presented, with one piece of folk music from the choir’s country of origin; special category for folk choirs.
