Voice Actors

Masami on the bus

Welcome to the voice actor page! It was tough finding this info, and I still can't find pictures of some of the voice actors. If you find a picture of anybody here who is picture-less, let me know using the e-mail link below.

I have cleaned up and updated the bios, limiting them to mostly series with which Western fans are more familiar for the most part, as before. In some cases, though, I added a not-so-familiar show or two because of the lack of parts in familiar shows for certain actors.

Enjoy!

Japanese Seiyuu

First...the Japanese seiyuu (or voice actors). Info on the Japanese seiyuu comes from Hitoshi Doi's Seiyuu Database, one of the best sites out there on Japanese seiyuu, unless otherwise noted (not every seiyuu's listed there).

Hayashi Nobutoshi Gawl's seiyuu is Hayashi Nobutoshi. He works for Aoni Production and was born on June 10, 1968 in Tokyo. In January 2000, he changed his name to Kanna Nobutoshi, and now works under this name. His roles include Kaze in Final Fantasy: Unlimited, Yamazaki in Hand Maid May, Parn in Record of Lodoss War: Chronicles of the Heroic Knight, and Kabuto in Naruto.

Ryo's seiyuu is Kashiwakura Tsutomu. He's also played Ernest Cuore in Pilot Candidate, Safiru (Sapphire) in Sailor Moon (R season), Rabbit Crater in Transformers: Zone, Harry McDougall in Outlaw Star, and Gremmi Toto in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ.

Info courtesy of The Internet Movie Database, except for the Harry McDougall part, the info for which comes from the Anime News Network.

Miki Shinichirou Kouji's seiyuu is Miki Shinichirou. He's also from Tokyo and his birthdate is March 18, 1968. He works for 81 Produce. Besides being a seiyuu, he is also part of the singing group Weiss, which has made a concert DVD and two CD's relating to the anime series Weiss Kreuz. Miki Shinichirou has played many roles, including Herman in Cowboy Bepop, Yuuki Keisuke in Fushigi Yuugi, Mizuki in Naruto, Yanagiba Kazuya and Limone in Wedding Peach, Li Lingho in Read or Die: TV, and Kojiro, Lizardon, Hitodeman, and the Pokemon "zukan" (which I'm assuming is the Pokdex; the word zukan means "picture book") in Pocket Monsters (we know this show as Pokmon).

Picture courtesy to AnimeNfo. The meaning of zukan came from the Random House Japanese-English English-Japanese Dictionary.

Yukino Satsuki

Yukino Satsuki is Masami's seiyuu. She's also played Kagome in Inuyasha, Nenene in Read or Die: The TV, Inko in Pocket Monsters (not sure what character this is in the dub), Mutsumi Otohime in Love Hina, and Milly Thompson in Trigun, among other roles.

Info courtesy of The Internet Movie Database. The picture is courtesy of AnimeNfo.

Note: The picture is not full-size...I made it small so it wouldn't interfere with the other bios.

Shioya Yoku Shioya Yoku plays Takuma Nekasa. He was born June 24, 1958, in Kagoshima, Japan. He's also played Gensai Oguni in Rurouni Kenshin: Wandering Samurai, Hellbat in Transformers: Victory, Buster in Transformers: Supergod Master Force, and Bumble/Glen in Transformers: Scramble City Hatsudouhen.
