To be honest with you guys..I have no idea what I am going to write here yet.
I only updated the page last Friday and it's Tuesday now and several things have happened since then.

The funniest thing would be that during the storms we have had yesterday the roof of the building I work partly blew off (Another fine piece of Scottish arcitecture and craftsmanship), I wasn't in the building at the time nor today annd I just hate that I missed it.

I have heard from very reliable sources that the complete and utter incompetence of Management in my company has risen to the occasion again.
Managers crying in the hallway, due to rising emotions because they care for the company soo much ofcourse not because they can't handle the pressure of having TO COME UP(!!) with an emergency procedure. (This might suprise you but my company doesn't seem to have a clear procedure to deal with this sort of occasion...One would think that the same procedure as Bombthreat procedures and that stuff could be used, however I doubt whether we have got a clear one, other then leaving the building ofcourse, let alone that anyone would know what to do.
There was one manager that did know what to do...A No bullshit person, she does not take crap from anyone in a situation like that and is the only one that can keep her head clear...the rest of management are...well Let's just say I hope we never get a bombthreat because we would all be dead)

It will also take about A WEEK(!!) before that part of the roof is OK again and we can get back to a normal working environment...Now I have done some digging and I found that after Sept 11th, when A LOT of companies lost a WHOLE FUCKING BUILDING that those companies were back to normal business (O could get back to business as far as that could be normal for them) WITHIN a week!!!
My company only needs to replace A PART of a roof..A roof that consists of nothing else but a few plates of metal!!...We apperently don't have a contingency plan for this either...FUCKING AMATEURS!..How hard can it be??You call a construction company, explain that you are A BIG COMPANY and willing to pay shytloads of cash (You are going to sue your contractor anyways right?) to be up and running within 3 days...you have their numbers and you have this agreement with them already; That, in event of something like this, they will fix it within 3 days. It's not that hard.
It probably saved them money not to have this agreement..or, even worse, noone thought of it.

On a brighter note..(Or is it?) I had a "date" on Friday...or I'm told it was a date I ddidn't, and don't, consider it as such but it does explain a lot.
We had some drinks on Friday and it was good fun (And yes we did..but I am not going to elaborate you nosey bastards..I will do that in some other rant).
What amazes me is that IMMEDIATLY everybody knows, and that pisses me off.
Don't people have anything else to talk about then my sad life?
There is not much going on in it..trust me! I am the only one however that should start to talk about it with people.

Now I have very cool people sharing my house with me and I know they didn't start it (They didn't know)..I have an idea who did and I will speak to that/those person(s) and kick their arses severely..I know they have got no life what so ever however that is no excuse to Yap about me! Whatever I do in my private life is between me and the about 200 people (BTW that's an estimate..this webiste has had 9000 clicks but I guess that most of them are from regulars as some people mail me that they want more updates) that decide to read this page..That way I can decide what I share with you guys and what not...like it's supposed to be.
