Let me tell you about the biggest bastard I have ever met in my life...the skankiest skunk..the lowest Weasel of them all.
This guy is utterly repulsive..not only are you repulsed by looking at him but the sheer incompetence and stupidity of the Man will be legendary in a few years..(Hey atleast he will have accomplished something in his sad and undoubtedly miserable life)

He is one of the people I am forced to work with.. a Little background history.
He used to be " in charge" of a team in my company untill management finnally realised he was soo incompetent that he needed to go elsewhere...they didn't have the balls (Or ammunition)) to fire him..so he was "transferred" to a position where he couldn't do as much harm as he had done with the other Team...His job would be "leading" another Team..but all he did was fill in nice little Graphs and all that.

I was put in charge of the team he had so desperatly..and incompetently destroyed.
It took me and my collegues a while to get it cool again but we managed it without too much hassle...actually it was quite easy..just show people you respect what they do and trust them and you'll be amazed at what they can, and are willing to, accomplish.
He didn't really like me for this as it cost him quite some money being transferred but he had to put up with it.

Later I had to work with this guy again and we never got along.
We have to work in the weekends every now and again...and this guy, although claiming the Hours, actually only worked a maximum of 4 hours in the weekend..if he ever showed up at all.
He did get paid for "Working" them hours as nobody checked what he was upto...and he is such a great asskisser that management had complete and utter faith in him.
This, to me, however is the same as stealing from the company

He is still pissed off at me...and so he did the following.
A while ago a very naughty agent of mine was looking at dirty pictures on my PC at work, very bad but I didn't now at the time as I was somewhere else.
He saw his chance..surely they had to fire me now....untill I said I wasn't there..management decided to give me a "Final Warning" (Meaning that I can get fired in an instant unless I have my lawyer handy...thank God I have got a great one) for playing Shadowmere.
They didn't give anybody else a Warning for playing games..but that's beside the point.

Strike one!

He had no idea how to motivate people, and still doesn't, and is more involved in fighting personal battles then actually getting any work done as he has no idea what his job is!
He got kicked out of the team again!..This time management finnally decided they had had enough..but did they fire him? NO! Still no balls! the Ammunition was there but they only transferred him.

This time...someone at work read my website..and forwarded it to him (It was one of the Tina pages that is currently "under construction)..he then went to his manager..who went to my manager...and they also got HR involved (The people that could and would fire me if they had anything to go on).
The thing is that some of the opinions on this page might be considered as being offensive (As stated on the front page of the Rants!!), my company does not condone people reading this stuff at work...Fair enough!
I however create this page at home...these are my personal opinions...and the name of my company has not been mentioned anywhere!
I checked with my lawyer..and indeed I can still decide on what to do on my own free time in my own home! (Who would have thought?)
And indeed I can not be held responsible for actions of third parties on the workfloor! (Meaning if somebody else reads my page and gets into shit..int's not my fucking problem!)

This guy now tried to get me fired again...first of all I warned him (not directly but he got the email anyways) not to mess with me... TWICE! And the guy was still stupid enough to do so...and secondly he didn't even think about the consequences...he dragged one of my friends into this....
That's the reason the two Tina pages are not here for a while..I won't let her get dragged into this by this slimeball..this rodent..this Pest!..she does not deserve this.

However I am the ONLY ONE! That has the right to critise certain of my friends, if you don't know them you don't judge them!
This site is mainly about my fucked up Life and certain situations other people put themselves in that pisses me off!

Not that I have got ESP or anything, but tommorow this scumback is GOING DOWN! I am gonna hit his ass sooo hard that he will feel like he is the World Trade Center about to collapse...Ofcourse I would not ever hit him..or use any other form of physical violence...no it will be better...there is a beautifull thing here called "Harrassment", courts in the UK frown upon that I am told..and he will find out just how much they do.

For those of you working in the same company as I do...don't read it at work! It will get you sacked..if he doesn't like you..he sure as hell will try....he might smile in your front but he'll blast you in the back just as easily!!!That's what makes him a weasel!
