Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Please contact if you would like to discuss changing your arrival day or duration, for example 10 days instead of 7.
All bedlinen, tea towels and toilet rolls supplied at commencement of booking at no extra cost. The above charges include all electricity, water, gas (please notify names of those wishing to fish to enable licences to be purchased for length of stay, at no extra cost, these licences will need names to be issued). Cot/s and highchair/s are also available, at no extra cost, please ensure that you request these at time of booking.
A 25% non-returnable deposit (per property) is payable at time of booking to secure reservation, the remaining balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. On late bookings within 6 weeks of arrival date, the full rental amount will be payable immediately to secure reservation.
A Good Housekeeping* deposit of �150.00 per property is payable on arrival, which will be refunded one week after departure, less any costs (if any) incurred.
*Good Housekeeping charge is to ensure that the property/contents are left in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages, spills on furniture or bedding to be notified immediately. Contact details will be in each property.
