How Greeks Discovered Mosaic

People in ancient Mesopotamia may have made mosaics as early as 3000's B.C. However the widespread use of mosaics was developed by greeks in the mediteranian area in the 4th centry B.C. the greeks later taught mosaic design to the roman, who created their ownstyle of the art formand spread it throughout the roman empire where it was widleyused in publicand privat buildings. Mosaic is a very interesting type of art that can decorate walls, floors,ceilings, pavements, and outside walls. It is small pieces of colored glass, stone, ceramics,or other material that fits like a puzzle to form a type of picture or pattern.
