When you start out in nork, your basic adventuring gear should be a YETI for armor (large if someone will get it for you), RAK from prissions to the east of nork, and a Yellow Robe from the caves to the west of mealing. A KITTY from the frore ice plains will also help you on hunts where there is a lot of ice, but other than that wear the yellow robe. Other than this, try to start getting the best gear you can find. Some examples are black combat boots, leather guants, fire ammy, fire bracers, boots to prot from the various elements, Sash from lower levels of prisons, and the best defense rings you can find (usually little blue gems in them). Also pick a weapon that you like. I'm very found of my hally, but recently i have begun skilling in Long Sword so that I can use Power Gear weapons. This will be your basic gear for adventuring in nork for the first 10 levels.
Beginning Pally Gear
By now you probably should be finding more items that will help on your travels. Rat Burrow sash to get you to Aleria, better defense rings (or 3/3's), hp helms, rd guants, maybe a bnr if you've been lucky in m-3 and enmiss robes from the south of Frore become available . You should try to get SD armor from either killing the sd, or some untied armor from a nice bigger player. If you went with a one handed weapon you should probably have moved to a better weapon, say a giffy ls, and you can now try baskie hunts (to get teh shield) with a good sized party.
Level 10-15 Pally Gear
This is when you start to become a decent sized pally. You can now get dancer boots, and FULL PLATE armor which is THE pally armor. More items become available to you at this size because you can go on more hunts. Pally's need lots of locker space to keep all their gear in. Some things you should get are acid bracers, acid ammy, lightning bracers, lightning ammy, poison ammy, snr, ser, better rings and more. Basic hunting gear at this level should be full plate, rak, snr or bnr, hp helm, poison ammy, lightning or acid bracers, dancers, best defense or defense/offense rings, RB sash and RD guants. You might have to change your gear depending on the hunt though. This is the life of a paladin, and also what keeps us alive.
Level 15-18 Pally Gear
Nork Pally Gear
Post level 18 all of nork starts to open up to you. Reggies, sliths(ma style), pally guants, attack sashes, g/g helms and vamps are just a few of the items that you can get. At level 20 pally's (and theives) can get Sea Hag Plate. It can be a hard hunt though, so be prepared for it and don't go down to look solo. A good pally does not just have all this gear but knows when to use it. In my opinion Normal pally gear for this level is Hag plate, 2 reggies, FireLizard Def bracers, vamps, 2 5/5 rings, pammy, Phelm, dancers and rb or attack sash. All of this gear will change depending on what hunt you go on or where you are hunting, but this is my norm.
