How it started
August 30, 2000 best friends Emily and Leanna got together and decided to have a club. Both kids always loved animals and so they decided to have the clup devoted to animals. The name Allygong means nothing special and was just a name that both friends thought was good.
What they Did
That Christmas they did a craft fair where they sold home made products for pets. Lauren had now joined the club. They made 87 dollars. The money was donated to a save the whales program, The National Wildlife Federation, and their local animal shelter. In The Save The Whales program we adopted an orca whale named Orcan. We became a member of the N. W. F.
This year they did the craft fair again with more and better homemade products for pets. They made 114 dollars and split it up between the same organaztions. Sadley their whale Orcan went missing and was thought to be dead. They got a new whale named Keet. The members now consist of Emily, Michelle, and Leanna.
What Next?
Allygong is planning to continue doing craft fairs with hopes of bringing in even more money in soport of animals. They are also soon going to be getting Allygong T-shirts. Emily and Leanna have started an animal care buissness for people who live in their area. They care for pets and farm animals while their owners are away or extra care when they're home. When grown up both Emily and Michelle are planing to be vets for all kinds of animals. Leanna is planning to run an animal park and breed endangered speices.
