Services include only non-judicial remedies, as I am a paralegal (certified by the California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo).
Administrative law services include being an agent specializing in due diligence related to land use and environmental planning, mitigation and/ or phasing of code enforcement remediation and "CEQA," California Environmental Quality Act cases (including work that I have done for the CA Superior Court as a Paralegal II).
Other administrative experience includes DMV, CSLB and Labor Board work. While miscellaneous works include mechanics' liens, insurance bad faith, and defect/E&O defense of design professionals and builders.
Criminal-law services include work for the Public Defender performing: process serving; client and witness interviews; investigation; discovery--data base creation and mining; legal research inc. legislative intent and law & motion; trial preparation, logistics and as courtroom aide from jury selection and instruction to sentencing.
N.B. Referral to an attorney, design professional or other consultant will become necessary when a case materially encroaches upon the bailiwick of an associable licensed or certified occupation.
