Horsie Rules

1. Anyone of 5 years old and up may claim a territory. That includes mares.

2. No fighting for something in the territory a challenge board is there for that. You can challenge in the territory and mock battle though.

3. Stallions can "steal" mares by mating to them once or sneaking them. The mare must not go back. Their mates must fight for them. If stolen, by being mated with, the mare must have the foal. She can abandon it, though, by leaving it at the Herdless board.

4. You cannot steal a mare for a mate if you already have one. You can steal a mare for political reasons though.

5. You must be 4 years old to breed.

6. No, inappropriate content. Long breeding must be kept in the messages, and if you do long breed, please put something like "Warning: Long" in the subject. Little kids play this.

7. The Lead Stally, Back-Up Stally, and or Second in Command Stally may have up to three mates. Mare's can have one mate only. Any Stallion below those ranks can have one mate two if the Lead of his herd allows it.

8. You can die at any age, but don't live to be like 50 or something ridiculous. You can still play your horse as a ghost.

9. All mare or stallion herds are allowed. If the herd is mare and stallion, stallions must allow other stallions to live in his herd up to a certain number. If he doesn't want more then five end of story. There has to be at least five.

10. When it is installed, no advertising except on the advertising board or it will be deleted-simple as that.

11. You must be a member of a herd. We don't want any lone stallions or mares. The Clearing can be a home only for a short period.

12. You and your mate must be living in the same territory. You don't have to be mate's to have a foal but if you do the mother is banned from seeing the father again.

13. To have a foal a mare must go the Have-A-Foal board and she must wait for her mate to post. If another steed posts there first he will either have her have his foal or if her mate posts within two days of the others post then they may fight.

14. All horses may challenge except foals.

15. Magic is involved with Quests. You my Quest for anything. There are other things explained throughout the game, please also use common sense.
