This piece collapsed and was reclaimed. After it fell I picked up the walls cut holes in them and carefully pressed the clay until the piece could stand on it's own. This was an accident but it taught me a very effective yet unpredictable technique. Notice the rolling texture of this piece. It had relatively straight walls and a completely flat top before it collapsed.
