Stockwhips are light, fast whips from the ranch country of Australia. An evolved form of the english hunting whip, the stockwhip is characterized by its two-piece construction; the handle and the body of the whip are joined through a leather "hinge" joint called a keeper. Stockwhips typically range in length from 3 to 10 ft.
