The FN Special Police is a newly designed police tactical rifle, built by FN (actually by an USA subsidiary to FN Herstal, Belgium). A highly accurate, dependable rifle. These rifles shoot pretty nice, with sub .75 MOA accuracy with factory match ammo, and occasionaly dropping down to .5 MOA.
It consists of a H-S Precision Pro-Series stock,
a Winchester control round feed action and bolt, detachable box magazine and
a FN made, rotary forged special alloy barrel: (chrome plated bore) for superior
accuracy and long barrel life. The finish is corrosion resistant manganese phosphate.
